Responsibilities:
- Assist the agent with day-to-day office tasks and customer service needs
- Establish and maintain customer relationships with follow-up as needed
- Provide outstanding customer experiences by being outgoing, energetic, and service-oriented
- Organize and prioritize tasks to support team goals and overall agency success
- Utilize computer systems effectively to manage customer records and communications
- Work collaboratively with the agent and team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and listening
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer service mindset with a positive, outgoing personality
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Team-oriented, prioritizing agency and team success
- Computer proficient and eager to learn new systems
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Property/Casualty license (must be willing to obtain, current licensees preferred)
Compensation: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
