We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service / Office Manager to join our team at Nicholas Jones - State Farm. If you have experience with Insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage office operations effectively, we’d love to meet you!

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM)

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, inquiries, and concerns.
- Utilize technology and office equipment to manage workflows, communications, and records.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience working in insurance, preferably State Farm.
- Technologically efficient and comfortable working with computers, phones, and office equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Outgoing, driven personality with the ability to build and lead a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Bilingual preferred (additional compensation negotiable).

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
